FORMAT: 4 member team, Captain's Choice (Golf Professionals are not allowed to play)
COST: $500 per team - Includes cart and two tickets for lunch per team member. $125 per individual.
PRIZES: The top 3 teams will win cash awards. The overall winning team will also receive a gift certificate.
Other prizes will be given throughout the event.
